Koren came out to my place to replace an old shower/tub valve. I had only met him yesterday on a job site. Maybe I just got lucky, but he was able to come do the service the next day. Excellent customer service. He communicated throughout the whole service letting us know what was happening and how things were going. Brian has been absolutely amazing each time he has come to service our home. We have had various issues and he has fixed every one of them.
